JASMINE BLOSSOM MARTINI
In a large jar, mix 2 c vodka with ¼ c loose leaf organic jasmine green tea. Seal and let sit in a cool, dry place for 5 hours. Strain and discard solids. Next, all ingredients to a shaker, along with a large ice cube. Agitate vigorously for about 30 seconds. Strain into a chilled martini glass.
Mix the sugar and water in a small pot, then bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Store in a glass bottle or jar. Keep refrigerated.
