COCKTAIL RECIPE

  • 2 oz organic jasmine loose leaf green tea
  • 1.5 oz bourbon, preferably from a Detroit distillery like Detroit City Distillery or Two James Spirits 
  • 1 oz fresh tangerine juice, or other sweet citrus 
  • 1 Tbsp honey dissolved in 2 Tbsp warm water 
  • 1/4 - 1/2 tsp tangerine zest
  • Fresh mint

Set aside a rocks glass to chill. Prepare the jasmine tea, adding the tangerine zest to the cup. Let steep until completely cool. Meanwhile, squeeze the juice. Once the tea and juice are ready, add both to a shaker with a large ice cube, along with the bourbon, and honey water. Agitate vigorously until the shaker turns frosty. Strain into the chilled glass and garnish with a sprig of fresh mint.

  • 1 oz fresh tangerine juice, or other sweet citrus 
  • 1 Tbsp honey dissolved in 2 Tbsp warm water
  • 1/4 - 1/2 tsp tangerine zest
