CAT'S CHILL

• 2 oz sake 
• 0.5 oz pine syrup
  (I got mine from the Boston General Store)
• 4 dashes All the Bitter nonalcoholic lavender bitters (Use code PICKYOURPOTIONS for 10% off!) 
• Lemon twist

Add the sake, syrup, and bitters to a mixing glass filled halfway with ice. Stir until well-chilled. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with a lemon twist.
